Join us for summer 2017 YOGA classes. Deadline to register is June 6th!
Special needs Yoga/Fitness enhances stamina, flexibility, energy, and strength in a fun and motivating social environment. Classes include warm ups, breathing exercise, cardio routines, developmentally appropriate yoga poses and relaxation techniques while offering a full body experience of physical fitness and philosophical traditions of yoga.
- Dates: Group sessions offered June 13th through July 25th (Note: no class on Tuesday, July 4th)
- Time: 4:30-5:15pm
- Fee:summer Yoga classes are $150 for group sessions (only $25 per 45-minute session)
- Ages: 15 and up
- ‘Meet and Greet’ will be held on Tuesday, June 6th for all new clients
A minimum of 4 participants are required for groups. Participants must be able to take part in a group setting of 3 to 1, or come with an assistant for the duration of each class. Advance payment required to secure your spot.
