Looking for a business or social event rental space? We would love to host your next event!

The Els Center of Excellence is a 26-acre campus with many versatile spaces, both indoor and outdoor, available to rent for many types of events. Whether you are hosting a day meeting, board meeting, luncheon, team-building session, workshop/training, conference or cocktail reception, there are many spaces on the campus that can fit your event requirements.

Amenities included

The following amenities are available and are included in the prices with rentals at The Els Center of Excellence:

  • Banquet (Chiavari) white chairs: 96
  • 60 inch round tables: 12
  • Black floor-length round tablecloths: 12
  • Six foot banquet tables: 2
  • Black floor-length rectangular tablecloths: 2
  • Five foot classroom tables: 36
  • Conference room chairs (back and seat cushions): 72
  • Portable microphone and two speakers
  • Catering kitchen in Pavilion with a warming oven, heating racks, residential-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, sink and dishwasher
  • Indoor restrooms: 2 individual in Pavilion, 4 multi-stall in Auditorium
  • Security gate access
  • Parking lot: 250 spaces available evenings and weekends, 50 spaces available weekeday

Services and Fees with each rental

Required for ALL events: for-profit, non-profit and sponsored

  1. Set-up fee ($100 flat fee) on-site staff will set up The Center’s provided equipment according to agreed upon layout
  2. * Technical Assistance ($35 per hour) for teleconferencing, taping/recording, equipment usage and technical support services
  3. * On-site Manager ($25 per hour) on-site staff will open, close and maintain the facility keeping restrooms appropriately stocked and trash emptied
  4. * On-site Security ($15 per hour) on-site staff will man the security gate (a list of vendors and attendees is required)
  5. Cleaning Fee ($150 per day) required for multi-day events OR events serving food/drinks in the Pavilion. Cleaning will take place overnight

* Only required to pay for evening and weekend events, waved for weekday events

Rental Spaces

Auditorium

Max Capacity: 300

  • Full use of 300 seat auditorium, upstairs and downstairs lobby with additional outdoor terrace space
    • Upstairs lobby: 750 square feet
    • Upstairs terrace: 850 square feet with lounge seating
  • Podium, microphone and projection screen available
  • Use of standard A/V equipment for sound and projection purposes

Courtyard

Max Capacity: 500

  • Full use of 26,000 square feet fence enclosed area
  • Mostly grass, sidewalk through center and around perimeter
  • Flagpole in center of courtyard

  • 3 meeting rooms available

Sensory Arts Garden and Pavilion

Max Capacity: 80 seated in 60″ rounds | 96 seated auditorium style |150 non-seated

  • Full use of indoor Pavilion space and outdoor Sensory Arts Garden space
  • Microphone, radio and television screen available (speakers inside and outside)

  • Access to restrooms inside the lower school building (only for evening and weekend rentals)
