Congratulations! You have qualified for the 2022 Golf Challenge Grand Finale! Please complete the form below to formally register. A couple of notes before you begin:

Teams who qualified for the Grand Finale will receive a complimentary two-night stay from October 3-5. Teams who qualified for the VIP Golden Circle Club will receive a complimentary three-night stay from October 2-5. If you are unsure of your qualification status, please refer back to your qualification email.
This registration form is for you and your Grand Finale guest only. Your playing partner (golf teammate) will need to complete a separate registration form.
All room reservations will go through Els for Autism, rather than the hotel. The registration process below includes the opportunity to request additional nights and/or room upgrades.
In order to complete this form, you must have your flights booked and flight information readily available.
Any additional guests are not permitted to participate in Grand Finale activities.
Els for Autism is closely monitoring the COVID-19 travel restrictions and requirements in The Bahamas. Be advised that the COVID-19 protocol for the Grand Finale may be adjusted at any time. For the latest information, click here.

Room upgrades are based on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. If the upgrade option you select is not available, you will receive the next best upgrade. If you are looking to book accommodations outside the options provided, please book through Baha Mar directly.

Complimentary transportation will be provided to/from Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas to/from the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. To utilize the complimentary transportation, flight details must be provided below. Please note, airport transportation will ONLY be available on Oct. 2 - 3 for arriving flights and on Oct. 5 for departing flights. If you have extended your trip, you will be responsible for arranging your airport transportation.

Autism Consultations

Els for Autism is offering an optional, free, one-hour autism consultation as part of the Grand Finale.

During the consultation, Foundation team members will provide a review of your child’s current educational placement, progress at home during activities of daily living, therapeutic intervention plans and participation in community-based activities.

The team will provide specific recommendations in the areas of cognitive skills, language skills, social communication adaptive skills, along with strategies to support behavioral concerns. Needs of your family will be discussed with recommendations offered including caregiver relations, sibling needs, extended family concerns, going out in the community, and traveling as a family.
