Hybrid Yoga – Session 1 – Class 3

Ages 15+ ONLY
Description: Yoga for individuals with special needs enhances stamina, flexibility, energy, and strength in a fun, motivating social environment. Classes include warm up, breathing exercise, cardio routines, developmentally appropriate yoga poses and relaxation techniques, while offering a full body experience of physical fitness and traditions of yoga. To participate virtually, the individual must use Zoom video conferencing. Individuals will need to have access to a computer, tablet, or cell phone to participate in virtual programs.
