Yoga (Ages 11-17)

Special needs Yoga/Fitness enhances stamina, flexibility, energy, and strength in a fun and motivating social environment. Classes include warm-ups, breathing exercise, cardio routines, developmentally appropriate yoga poses and relaxation techniques while offering a full body experience of physical fitness and philosophical traditions of yoga.

Spring 2018 Dates:

  • Spring Term 2 runs April 2nd through May 11th

Spring 2018 Times:

  • Ages 18+: Tuesdays from 4:15pm-5:00pm
  • Ages 11-17: Tuesdays from 5:15pm-6:00pm

Fee:  $120 per session ($20 per class)

Participants must be able to take part in a group setting of 4 to 1 therapist or come with an assistant for the duration of each class. Advance payment required to secure your spot.
