Employer-to-Employer Summit

Employer-to-Employer Summit hosted by Els for Autism

  • Event Date: Friday, October 10, 2025

  • The 2025 Employer-to-Employer Summit will bring employers together to learn about the benefits of employing individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developing a workplace culture that promotes inclusion of all. We invite all employers to engage in dynamic discussions, and hear from experts in the field to be better equipped with strategies to hire, retain, and manage individuals with disabilities in the workplace. Employers will have the opportunity to engage with professionals in the business and autism communities, at the local and national levels. The Employer-to-Employer Summit is free to attend and will include breakfast, snacks, and a lunch. The event will include keynote presentations, expert-led breakout sessions, a networking lunch, and a panel discussion with fellow business leaders and an adult employee with autism. We look forward to seeing you all at the event!
