Employment Specialist-Job Developer – Full Time
Job Summary
The Job Developer facilitates a wide range of innovative, evidence-based strategies to assist adults with autism and other developmental disabilities with obtaining employment in a wide variety of industries. The Job Developer is responsible for assisting job seekers with obtaining sustainable independent, community-based employment matching individual preferences, interests, needs, and strengths in specific geographic areas. The Job Developer will foster and maintain positive and professional relationships with business partners, community organizations, and potential employers using evidence-based business engagement strategies. This position is also required to provide job coaching support to assigned clients.
