Dr. Kimberly Watterson-Rivieccio

Dr. Kimberly Watterson-Rivieccio, Ed.D is the Els for Autism Foundation Mental Health Counselor.  Kimberly was born and raised in Key West, Florida making her a native “Conch.”  She received her B.S. in Psychology, M.Ed., and Ed.S in School Counseling/Mental Health Counseling at the University of Florida.  Kimberly went on to receive her Ed.D in Educational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University.

Kimberly has experience working with children, families, and educators to help them develop plans for success in the areas of learning and mental health.  Much of her time as a counselor involved working with Exceptional Student Education and assisting in the development of educational intervention plans.  Kimberly’s professional experience involves serving as a liaison and advocate for children and their families.  Additionally, she worked at Nova Southeastern University, College of Pharmacy in Admissions and Student Affairs.  During this time, she spent time recruiting and marketing at local and international levels.
