Rita Woolley, BSW, is an Els for Autism Foundation Job Coach. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is continuing her education to obtain her Master’s Degree and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Rita spent time at the Els for Autism Foundation during her school internship program working as a case manager providing support for adult participants and their families. Once she completed her internship at the Els for Autism Foundation, Rita quickly joined the team after seeing the empowering work being done within the program. As a Job Coach, she will prepare participants for paid employment, implement strategies to attain client goals and provide supported employment for program participants in the community.
