Els for Autism Foundation hosts fundraisers throughout the year, both locally and internationally!
Els for Autism hosts several Golf Challenge regional events across the U.S. and Canada. Teams who raise $15,000 or more by the fundraising deadline will qualify for the 2022 Golf Challenge Grand Finale.
On Sunday, February 20, 2022, guests will enjoy an exclusive outdoor brunch and polo match at the International Polo Club Palm Beach (IPC) where the world’s most elite teams will compete for the coveted C.V. Whitney Cup and the chance to be crowned the 2022 GAUNTLET OF POLO Champion.
On Saturday, April 30, 2022, more than 300 runners and walkers will participate in the third annual Roots & Ruts Off-Road 5K to celebrate Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month. The race route will go through the North Jupiter Flatwoods, along a certified autism-friendly trail. Participants of all ages and abilities will start the race in waves based on their average mile time to keep gathering at the starting line to a minimum.
Every year, top tour pros are joined by an enthusiastic group of amateurs, thrilled to be inside the ropes with a legendary cast of some of the greatest names in golf, and there is support from a dedicated panel of prestige brands. Alongside Ernie and Liezl is the event’s founder, and close personal friend of the Els family, Marvin R. Shanken, editor and publisher of Cigar Aficionado and Wine Spectator magazines.
Kodi Lee, musical savant and winner of Season 14 of America’s Got Talent, took the stage at The Els Center of Excellence, dazzling the crowd with his musical talents and bright, uplifting attitude. Songs performed included “Uptown Funk” by Bruno Mars, “You Are the Reason,” by Scott Calum and more.
Each year, a group of ladies get together to celebrate a new country and culture. Guests are encouraged to dress to the theme for the afternoon of fun and fundraising.
April is World Autism Awareness Month, so we celebrate by ‘Lighting it up Blue’ at 1000 North in Jupiter Florida.

In celebration of Ernie Els’ role as the Captain of the International team in the Presidents Cup, local restaurants hosted event watch parties and donated a percentage of profits back to the Els for Autism Foundation.
