2025 Volunteer of the Year – Jim Williams

In December 2022, Els for Autism gained an extraordinary asset: Jim Williams, the former President & CEO of Easterseals. Williams is now our Volunteer Executive in Residence and continues to mentor our Development Team. Under his guidance, we exceeded our annual goals, advanced our Capital Campaign, and expanded our donor pipeline.

“By guiding our Development Team, Jim has empowered staff to strengthen donor engagement and lead with confidence. His mentorship has multiplied the impact of his own efforts by equipping others to inspire generosity.” ~ Dr. Sotelo

Thank you, Jim, for your continued commitment to Els for Autism.
