Collaborative Autism Diagnosis and Intervention Program (CADI)

The CADI Program is for individuals of all ages across the lifespan. Els for Autism transdisciplinary CADI team of specialists includes professionals in the areas of clinical psychology, special education, speech-language pathology, and applied behavior analysis.

The acronym, CADI, was not a coincidence. Just as a golf “caddie” guides and supports a golfer through a round of course, our “CADI” team will walk side-by-side with you and your family, providing information, recommendations and support throughout the identification, evaluation, and intervention process.

Our team of highly skilled professionals provides a comprehensive evaluation and report which includes a profile of strengths and weaknesses, recommendations that can be used in the development of treatment goals, and a formal diagnosis of ASD, as applicable.

Els for Autism is proud to announce that we are one of the few organizations in the country utilizing the new clinically validated, FDA-authorized EarliPoint Health autism evaluation tool. The use of EarliPoint Health assists our CADI team of clinicians in diagnosing children ages 16 to 30 months old who are showing signs of ASD.

Utilizing EarliPoint Health also supports our team of clinicians in seeing more families with decreased wait times while still providing a gold-standard autism evaluation. Psychoeducational & Neuropsychological Evaluations

We provide comprehensive psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations designed to support educational planning and individualized interventions. These evaluations assess a wide range of areas, including cognitive abilities, academic skills, executive functioning, attention, and social-emotional functioning, to create a clear understanding of each student’s unique learning profile.

Our evaluations can help identify conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, or learning disorders, offering clarity for families, educators, and professionals. The insights gained allow us to recommend tailored strategies and supports that address both strengths and areas of need, helping individuals reach their full academic and personal potential.

All evaluations are conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist and include:

  • A comprehensive written report outlining strengths and weaknesses
  • Formal diagnoses when appropriate
  • Practical, individualized recommendations for school, home, and treatment planning

In addition, families receive personalized feedback session to ensure they fully understand the results and next steps. Our goal is to guide effective educational decisions, foster growth, and provide a clear path toward success and confidence in learning.
