Dr. Marlene Sotelo, BCBA-D, MT-BC, is the Executive Director of Els for Autism Foundation. She has been working with individuals of all ages with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders for over 25 years.

Yvonne D’Amelio, MBA, BS, is the Chief Financial Officer of Els for Autism Foundation.  She directs all financial aspects of the organization and has over 30 years’ experience in finance and operations in multiple industries.

Dr. Erin Brooker Lozott, BCBA-D, CCC-SLP is the Els for Autism Foundation Program Director. She has been working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disabilities across ages and settings for over 25 years.

Paige Thomas is the Director of Events of Els for Autism Foundation. She directs over 18 fundraising events a year and is responsible for raising nearly $5 million dollars annually.
