A Capital Campaign for the RECREATION COMPLEX

Expanding recreation activities available at The Els Center of Excellence® campus.

Recreation Complex

Autism impacts 1 in 31 children and behind every number is a person, a family, and a future full of potential. At Els for Autism, Every 1 Matters, and every gift creates opportunities from early childhood through adulthood.  Now, your impact goes even further. Thanks to an anonymous donor, every dollar you give will be matched up to $25,000.

Our Primary Impact Areas

Early Intervention & Education Services

We support children up to age 7 years 11 months in developing social, communication, language, play, and pre-academic readiness skills. Each child receives an individualized plan that builds on their strengths and targets specific learning opportunities. Therapy is provided one-on-one in an environment designed to promote learning and help skills generalize to home and everyday settings.

Recreation Services

Recreation Services provides inclusive sports, creative arts, and virtual opportunities that foster enjoyment, self-confidence, and an enhanced quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, while supporting physical wellness and positive mental health.

Adult Services

Through our continuum of accessible services, we support and empower adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our programs foster independence, confidence, and a sense of purpose by building on each person’s strengths, needs, and interests. We provide lifespan instruction to help adults successfully transition to all aspects of life.

Every 1 Matters

Each week in April, we will highlight one of our impact areas and share the voices of the people creating opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Click on any feature below to learn more, and check back weekly for the latest updates.
