    Enrique Santiago

    Facility Manager
Els for Autism Employee of the Month

Since joining the team in January 2025, Enrique has become the driving force behind an extraordinary leap in productivity, efficiency, and team morale. Under his leadership, the Facilities Department has completed over 1,088 work orders, more than double the previous year’s total, while delivering projects with precision, speed, and cost-saving ingenuity.

Enrique brings a “Get Stuff Done!” energy to every corner of the campus, consistently going above and beyond with early mornings, late nights, and weekend support.

Whether he's managing complex safety programs, maintaining impeccable records, or covering critical shifts, Enrique’s presence ensures everything runs smoothly, quietly, reliably, and without fanfare. His ability to lead by example, foster a strong team culture, and reduce vendor costs has made a measurable impact, financially and operationally, across the entire Foundation.

Enrique says, "I enjoy working at my job because it allows me to grow professionally while contributing to something meaningful. I appreciate the supportive team environment, the opportunities to take on new challenges, and the trust I'm given to do my work well. Every day brings something different, and I feel valued for what I bring to the table. It's rewarding to be part of a workplace that encourages both collaboration and individual development."
