Connor Sturgis, an Els for Autism Advisory Board Member, a graduate of The Learning Academy—a charter school for individuals with ASD located on our campus—and a longtime Publix employee, understands first-hand the importance of inclusive programs that support adults with autism.
Now, through his ‘Connor & Friends Care’ campaign, he’s on a mission to support the programs and services our team provides to autistic adults. “I’m trying to raise $100,000 to help young adults get jobs out in the community like they helped me get a job at Publix.”
