Movin’ & Groovin’ Fitness & Arts Camp

Movin’ & Groovin’ Summer Camp is a fun-filled activity based summer camp designed to help build communication and social skills while promoting fitness, creativity, adaptive skills, and small group participation.

The camp is for individuals ages 6-21 years old with autism or a developmental disability. The camp is divided into two different age groups and each age group will meet two afternoons per week during the six-week session. There are a limited number of spaces available for summer camp.

Highly skilled staff in the areas of recreation, speech and language, behavior analysis, fitness, special education, and music therapy will be facilitating the activities and provide support to enable individuals to successfully participate in activities with their peers.

The Movin’ and Groovin’ Virtual Summer Camp’s mission is to provide opportunities for individuals to actively engage with staff and peers while participating in a variety of activities. A parent, guardian or caregiver is required to be at home during camp to supervise and provide assistance. We understand that participants may need breaks during camp. Individuals are not required to participate in all daily activities to enroll in summer camp.
