This 10-week training program allows participants to learn industry specific work skills in order to demonstrate their ability to add value to core business operations. Participants must agree to seek paid employment upon program completion and work 12-15 hours a week. Once participants complete the training program, Foundation staff work with community employers to help in securing permanent employment positions for program graduates.
